Challenge

Matter believed a mixed-use development project can have a profound impact on the challenge of disconnection in our society. They also knew that this couldn’t happen by chance and required an intentional approach to creating a thriving community. Bulldog Drummond was asked to develop a holistic experience connecting the employees, residents and guests of UnCommons in new and inspiring ways.

Result

Through a series of workshops and ideation sessions, we worked with the Matter team and a group of subject-matter experts to help define the UnCommons experience and develop concepts to attract potential partners and tenants and activate the community. The result was an experience plan comprising a series of connected experience concepts across four key dimensions of the UnCommons experience.
