
This Englishman is wired to uncover the purpose and passion of people and companies. He is tireless in pursuing the connection points for meaningful change inside and outside of an organization. Most everything he does is delivered with a determination for inspiring collaboration, solving the problem and uncovering the opportunity. He brings a healthy blend of common sense, passion and logic to every project, problem or opportunity. Parr has a strong background in launching new companies and brands, as well as transforming large, multinational companies. He has worked with executive teams at companies including Virgin, IDEO, American Eagle Outfitters, Adidas, Nike, Easton, ConocoPhillips, WD40, Westfield, Lee Jeans, and World Vision among others. Following a life-changing trip to Malawi with World Vision in March 2004, he is committed to finding creative ways to make a measurable difference in the world. Parr sits on the boards of Mellace Family Brands, CleanWell and The Honest Kitchen. He is a Soo Bahk Do instructor (to protect himself from his son!) and applies the principles of the art to business. Parr graduated from Askes College in London.
