CATHARINE BERRY
Chief Whip, VP Operations

“Cat” is the operational controller of the company and holds day-to-day responsibility for scheduling our teams, quality control, creative bridge, employee management, human resources, and relationships with our outside partners. Berry brings a regimental clarity to every aspect of the company’s operations and is known for her clear, direct and uncompromising nature. She held operational leadership positions on the training side at Domino’s Pizza in San Diego and Bulldog’s Design Studio prior to coming to the Manor in 2001. Cat holds a BA from San Diego State University.
