By the nature of the work we do, we deliberately create significant value for our clients through the development of our ideas, strategies, products and strategic counsel. We are a driving force for change and for increasing financial value. In many instances we are paid a fee for our services, and in certain instances, we take an equity position in the company, a percentage of the incremental sales revenue or a royalty on sales of products we create. Over the last five years we have chosen to partner with a select number of start-up brands that have passionate people leading the business that we believe in. As their strategic partner, we provide a variety of services that includes brand, business, operational and financial resources. Most importantly we are passionately active in the strategic direction of each, usually occupying a board seat and providing the much needed leg up and advice to the founders in varying ways.
