Things are rarely as they appear, so it pays to look at things differently.
Easier said than done. We’re conditioned to adapt to our experiences, so turning problems on their head becomes increasingly more difficult with time spent inside a group dealing with the problem. Emotions get in the way, expectations become reality, free-thinking becomes restricted by the knowledge paradox (the more you know, the more difficult it becomes to be objective).
We question assumptions, ignore the status quo and simplify the complicated.
