Useful truths are often hidden in paradoxes, so just because “We’ve always done it that way”, doesn’t mean it’s the right way.
Habit should be a 4 letter word. Many times the most valuable insights are derived from playing Devil’s advocate. Why does it have to be done that way? Why are we assuming that this is the only path? Why can’t it change? These are simple questions that are extremely difficult to ask successfully.
